Tax Search for Allegan County

This tax data is assembled by the County Treasurer's Department from data supplied by the local units. Many unit treasurers are not available every day; this web site will supply basic information. Information provided on this web site is updated as frequently as possible to offer the most comprehensive on-line service available.

Payments to Delinquent 'Real Property' taxes are updated live - as they happen. Delinquent 'Personal Property' taxes are collected by the local unit and are not updated here. We cannot validate current year tax information until settlement with the local unit in the following March. You must contact the local treasurer to validate any information pertaining to the current year, any special assessments, and personal property taxes.

All records are subject to change through the course of the tax year due to Principal Residence (Homestead) changes, July and/or December Board of Review, Michigan State Tax Commission, Michigan Tax Tribunal, and Michigan Department of Treasury Principal Residence decisions.
