Follow these steps:

Step 1:

Click on the PROVIDER LOCATOR button above.

Step 2:

Verify you are viewing Service Coverage 100/20 and click the Funding toggle.

Step 3:

Type your address into the search box.

Under your address, you will see either:

  1. SERVED in a green box - A list of providers will follow.
  2. UNDERSERVED in a yellow box
  3. UNSERVED in a red box

Note: Both underserved and unserved are eligible for grant funding to build high-speed internet network to their address.

Step 4:

For all UNDERSERVED or UNSERVED addresses, Broadband Funding will be one of the following below. Click on the appropriate tab for the fund.

Please click on the name of the provider below to go to their website to pre-register for service:

Step 5:

If your address is incorrectly listed as SERVED or not listed at all, please provide your name and address to Jill Dunham, Broadband Project Manager, via email jdunham@allegancounty.org. Should you have issues with the map or any questions, you can call Jill at 269-673-0588.

Note: Allegan County has a public-private partnership with 123NET and is contributing approximately $17.7 million of the Allegan County American Rescue Plan Act funds to the fiber construction project. 123NET will own and operate the open access network. Allegan County will have no role in providing internet service.
