This tax data is assembled by the County Treasurer's Department from data supplied by the local units. Information provided on this web site is only as complete as that supplied to the county. Delinquent Personal Property taxes are collected by the local unit and are not updated here.

We cannot validate current year tax information until settlement with the local unit in the following March. Some units have web sites of their own and may not be updated here. You must contact the local treasurer to validate any information pertaining to the current year, any special assessments, and personal property taxes.

All records are subject to change through the course of the tax year due to adjustments to the tax roll, such as: Principal Residence (Homestead) changes, July and December Board of Review, Michigan State Tax Commission, Michigan Tax Tribunal, and Michigan Department of Treasury Principal Residence decisions, etc.
