Who We Are
Established by the Constitution of the State of Michigan in 1963 the purpose of this Board is to canvass election returns and certify to the completeness of the vote totals reported, to conduct all recounts of elections in cities, townships, villages, and school districts as required by statute. Four members are elected by the Board of Commissioners for terms that run 4 years in length.
