Allegan County Transportation (ACT) has been serving Allegan County since 2000. The mission of ACT is to enhance and promote economic development and serve the transportation needs of Allegan County by providing safe, reliable, barrier-free travel.

Allegan County Transportation is a reservation bus service that will provide transportation to/from your home or place of work. ACT connects people to transportation for employment, medical care, and quality of life.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Allegan County Transportation Terms of Use. The terms “ACT,” “Via,” “Company,” “we,” and “us” includes Allegan County Transportation, Via Transportation, Inc., and our affiliates and subsidiaries.

The “Service” means any website, mobile application, or Internet service under Via or Allegan County Transportation’s Control, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing Via or Allegan County Transportation’s online platform. Each reservation a user makes with Allegan County Transportation on the Service is a “Reservation,” and each ride taken through a Reservation is a “Ride.” “Member” means any such individual who uses the Service to make Reservations and takes Rides.
