If there's an advisory, the Beach Manager is notified immediately. Beach Guard will also add a red flag to areas with an advisory on their map.  The home page of Beach Guard shows the entire state divided into counties, and a clickable link to every monitored (past or current) beach. You can also click on the county you're interested in to search through that county's public and private beaches. If a beach has an advisory, it appears in a list as text on the home page, and the county it's located in is shown in red. Users can click on advisories to see more information, such as sample results, potential causes of high E coli levels, and survey results.
