- CSN Fund Application: 2024 Ceiling and Stairlift Grant
- The Children with Special Needs (CSN) fund is offering special grant funding available to assist with ceiling and stair lifts for children and youth with special health needs. Applications received by February 22 will be reviewed in March, and applications received by August 30 will be reviewed in September. Applications can be downloaded by visiting www.michigan.gov/csnfund.
- Family Center 2024 Camp Scholarship Application - Scholarships Available!

- Special Needs Car Seat Program - Trinity Health
- Trinity Health Muskegon is now scheduling Special Needs Car Seat Evaluations for children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, or other health care needs that require special attention to ensure safe travel.
- Appointments will be held at Trinity Health Rehab Muskegon Campus (1400 Mercy Dr. Suite 50, Muskegon)

- Family and Clients Information Sheet – Sickle Cell Disease Expansion
- The Children’s Special Health Care Services program has expanded to include sickle cell disease coverage for adults – with $6.7 million to cover treatment for a projected 400 adults with sickle cell who were not previously covered.
