Allegan County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can create a map showing any portion of the County... or the entire County! A wide variety of mapping information can be added to your map with the most common information being:

• Parcel boundary lines
• Color aerial photography
• Historic aerial photography
• Contour lines showing elevation at two-foot intervals
• Roads and streets
• Lake depths (certain lakes only)
• and so much more!

Maps created by GIS can be printed (hardcopy) maps from letter size (8.5" x 11") on up to 44" x 60". Maps can also be delivered as electronic files if you would like to print them yourself or if you only need a digital map.

Pricing

All custom maps from Allegan County GIS come with a Custom Mapping Fee to cover staff time to prepare your map and generally amounts to $15.00 for normal mapping projects. (The Custom Mapping Fee is $40.00 per hour, billable in 15-minute increments.) Fees also apply depending on how you want your map output and, if printed, how large the map is:
